Frank and Lindsay got married at Pineland Farms in New Glouchester, Maine June 27th. Pineland is one of my favorite places to ski in the wintertime so I was thrilled at the opportunity to shoot a wedding there. I knew from the moment I met Lindsay and Frank that I would love shooting portraits of them on their wedding day as they were calm and easy with eachother, Frank making Lindsay laugh to feel comfortable in front of the camera and honestly never taking his eyes off of her. It became my joke of the day that he has the rest of his life to look at her and for these few short hours could he PLEASE look at the camera when asked. : ) Needless to say I had a great time, and hope you enjoy the photographs!
Dog Walk in the Desert
My family recently relocated to Grand Junction, CO and I was able to sneak in a quick visit before heading out to Bridgeport, CA with my dad and American300 Tours for a visit with the Marines stationed at the Mountain Warfare Training Center and the community that supports them. (Stay tuned for that blog post!) We took our three puppies on a (LONG) walk through the most beautiful scenery. I was fascinated by all of the different types of vegetation I had never photographed before. Enjoy the photos!
The Woodman Weekend
I had a heck of an awesome time at the Woodman Weekend outside of Charlottesville, VA a few weeks ago and wanted to share some of the photos I took on my little point and shoot. It was my first wedding weekend without my "big camera" and I had a blast! My team won the Woodman Weekend Games (TANGERINE DREAM!), I danced so hard my arms were sore the next day, and Kaleigh and I led 50 people up to some gorgeous cliffs. Three nights of bonfires, and too much fun! I hope you enjoy some of the moments!
